The Clallam Conservation District (CCD) offers many different, voluntary programs to help county landowners conserve natural resources. The CCD covers all of Clallam county, including large tracts of land to city lots, held privately or by government agencies. CCD provides information and services on topics such as:

  • Soils Information
  • Soil Testing
  • Stream/Wetland Protection
  • Stream and Riparian Habitat Restoration
    Three Crabs Area Study
  • Livestock Related Pasture, Mud, and Manure Management
  • Bank Stabilization
  • Native Plantings
  • Irrigation Water Management
  • Forest Stewardship
