The Clallam Conservation District (CCD) offers many different, voluntary programs to help county landowners conserve natural resources. The CCD covers all of Clallam county, including large tracts of land to city lots, held privately or by government agencies. CCD provides information and services on topics such as:
In addition, the CCD offers a very popular native plant sale, a quarterly newsletter and monthly meetings to keep county residents informed. Please refer to our services we offer page for more information on the programs and services that we provide. 2008 DISTRICT ELECTION RESULTS This year’s Clallam Conservation District Board of Supervisors elections were held February 26, 2008. Marilyn Pollock won the election with 201 votes. Bob Forde recieved 114 votes and Vincent Cooke recieved 7 votes. The incumbent supervisor, Bob Forde, retains his seat until the Washington State Conservation Commission meeting in May.
